Fabulous hotel with great complimentary activities that are not advertised. Beach area is good enough to get a refreshing swim but you can definitely find better around the area. Staff was kind and helpful, and accommodated for a shower room after check out as our room was assigned to newcomers on our last day and our flight was late in the evening. Highly recommend for a relaxing vacation!

The staff is unfriendly and it seems like no one knows what they are doing, is there any management? Had a great stay at CSM at the beginning of October. Room was compact but had a lovely sea view. Bed was firm and comfortable, excellent shower. Room cleaned every day and two complimentary bottles of water left daily. Corridor had a very musty smell (Rm 624) but this did not permeate into the room. Buffet breakfast was excellent, lots of choice, hot or cold and great quality. Restaurant (La Savina) was really nice too but there was a good choice of restaurants just outside of the resort which we also used. Staff were great, friendly, helpful, efficient. It rained very heavily over our last couple of days and several places had buckets out for drips, towels to mop up areas but the staff handled it really well, lots of umbrellas to hand. Lots of nice decorous touches around the hotel - pictures, wall hangings, cushions, wooden side tables - so, although the hotel isn't in the first bloom of youth, it still felt modern and looked after. Excellent location, would recommend and return

The Club Cala San Miguel was just what we were looking for - it had a good selection of food and drinks in the all inclusive, food was tasty and the staff were friendly. The rooms were clean and well equipped, and most importantly, there were enough sun loungers for the number of guests, so there was less of a fight for sun loungers, staff would also clear towels from sun loungers if they had been left for a period of time. This was a great hotel for relaxation, with a good atmosphere and very drivable, perfect for what we were looking for, but those looking for clubbing might consider somewhere a little closer to the action.

For a getaway to Ibiza just to work in a serene location, Puerto de San Miguel is what you’re looking for on the Northern side of the island. The waters are phenomenal, and the hotel provides so many of its own in-house events. Marta was GREAT as well as all of the staff. They felt very much like family and just genuine. I will return again for another stay. I don’t recommend if you’re wanting to party hop because it is roughly 30-35 min from the tourist venues.

The hotel is very well presented, the rooms are comfortable and the staff are very friendly. The pool areas are lovely and the views from the main restaurant area are fantastic. We enjoyed staying here for 5 nights and would not hesitate to return. The parking solution was also excellent if you have a hire car. One minor aspect that could be improved is if a way of shading the room balcony could be introduced. We found the balcony unusable during the day because it is too exposed to direct sunlight. Lastly, whilst all of the food we had at the hotel was tasty, the a la carte options at the buffet could be a little more varied. An a la carte selection at breakfast would also be nice, rather than buffet only. We still enjoyed the food but this would take the dining experience in the hotel to the next level. Overall it is a beautiful hotel that is well worth a visit.

The Resort The Club was great. Staff was friendly, especially the housekeeping staff. Modern interior, clean, relaxing atmosphere, beautiful design of the houses. No annoying entertaining program by staff. Different pools with and without music - for whatever you prefer. Beach is available by a short walk, unfortunately just not enough sun beds at the beach since also some were blocked unattended. Breakfast was very good and had anything you need. Especially the pancakes were delicious. Gym was well equipped and nice as it’s outdoor. Negative point: while working out in the morning you could perceive the smell of the garbage truck which was just behind the fence. Just have to point out that the neighbored hotel had animation programs by their staff various times a day. We could hear it from our balcony thus it did annoy when it happened. After all the Resort was great. Not too crowded, just ideal to relax. Considering Spanish standards this is definitely worth 5 stars. Would recommend and book again.

Beautiful hotel in a quiet resort

Beautiful hotel in a very quiet resort at this time of year. Very little to do without a car or transport. Breakfast items were varied but mostly hot dishes were luke warm. Some of the cereals were stale. Coffee from the machine left a lot to be desired. Staff were mostly lovely but some gave us the feeling they were at the end of their season and couldn’t be bothered. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, a lovely hotel in a pretty resort but it wasn’t for us. We only stayed 2 nights, which was enough for us, before moving to another hotel across the Island
