We had a very nice stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We arrived early and, although our room wasn’t ready yet, they tried to check us in and gladly stored our bags so we could start exploring right away. The location is excellent—right near the train station and within easy walking distance of the city center. There are tons of food options nearby, making it a super convenient base for seeing Naples. Highly recommend!

The location is excellent if arriving or leaving from Napoli Central Station as it is literally across the station. What is a great advantge is also a bit of a disadvantage as it is usually the case, areas around central tratin stations are not the nicest, but during the day I felt totally safe walking and within 5 minutes of walking you are in very tourist spots. The staff are wonderful and the amenities great. It is a grand hotel, particularly if you are transfering between train and airport the next day (as it was my case). Thank you to StarHotels Terminus for a wonderful stay!

However, there was a significant level of noise from other guests, which persisted throughout the night and included sounds such as telephones ringing in the middle of the night, as well as ambulance and police sirens. Additionally, I was disappointed to find that access to the 7th-floor outlook was restricted due to ongoing construction.
