Disappointed. The staff needs training. Valet was "on a break" we were told when we arrived. Waited for 10 minutes to have our car parked. The porter never moved to help us with our luggage, so we managed ourselves. Check-in was fine, but we were not told how to access the elevator-which is confusing. After not stopping on or floor, a passenger we picked-up explained the procedure and commented they were not told by check-in staff, either. We then went to the restaurant and again although it was fine, it was not professional. We were seated with no menus. We then realized there was a QR code on the table. We couldn't get it t download. Had to search for a server. When they brought over the menu, it was filthy--covered.in food! After having a look at it, we decided what to order. Ordered with server, who then informed us the paper menu is probably not up to date, so they may not have what we want. Crazy. The staff needs to be tried in etiquette and service. Really lacking in any type of professionalism especially at a hotel which deems itself 4.4 stars.
