8/10 Very good

We stayed in a budget room which was excellent value. Wonderful air con, huge comfy bed, huge room . Warm welcome by staff. Location was far out of the centre, but 1 minute walk from the Metro station and 1 stop from the main train station. The immediate area lacks charm apart from a pretty park .

Went to roof top terrace for food and drinks twice. Both times the same server seemed disinterested in his job. Really stood out from all the other hotel staff who were excellent.

Hotel Exe Plaza, overall was good, room very clean and the building itself it is in good condition, staff was very friendly and did make us feel welcome. The location it is excellent because sub station and bus station are very close to the hotel making it easy to commute and close to the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium. Highly recommended.
