Excellent location especially if you’re in town to see the Braves. The hotel is a short walk to Trusit Park, and the downtown attractions are all in the opposite direction of rush hour traffic, so it’s a great spot for families wanting to do those things. The hotel itself is in good condition, however the AC system in our room couldn’t maintain temperature within 5 degrees of the set point. I’d worry about what it was like in the dead of an Atlanta summer. Also, the power flickered numerous times while we were there, and went out the morning of checkout. While that was likely beyond the hotels control, the lack of a generator or other backup systems is on them and a bit surprising at this point.
