Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Shower faucet is a disaster - no way to control temperature separately. practically no water pressure has comfortable temp. Comfortable pressure has hotter than hell water. terrible design. Everything else about hotel was fine.

There's not really anything good to say about this hotel. The whole hotel smelled like weed, everything felt dirty, the pool was fine but the hot tub was slightly warm but not hot. The cover on the light in the hot tub was broken and a safety hazard. The elevator certificate expired over a year ago. Breakfast was completely empty and when we asked about it the guy came and put out one thing and wandered away to watch TV again. There were kids yelling and running up and down the hall until past midnight and the staff didn't do anything. The only thing remotely positive was that the beds were comfortable. Definitely would not stay here again and I wouldn't suggest anyone else stay.

The hotel definitely needs a good cleaning and some updating. It was a place to sleep while my teenage daughter went to a music concert at Notre Dame. At check in they didn’t even ask for identification. Just my name and gave me a room key. Curtains were stained. But the room overall was clean. It was expensive for the quality of the hotel, but the location was convenient.

Placed in a room with double beds instead of the queen beds that we reserved and paid for before we arrived. When we arrived, I inquired about a room upgrade, but I guess it was ironic that they actually downgraded us instead! ... many lights and the fridge as well as coffee maker in the room didn't work. The staff were busy, but friendly and came as quickly as they could to check on the electrical issues. My husband replaced a bulb that they gave us for the room since it was missing. We also noticed that there may have been either a lipstick or fingernail polish party gone bad in room 301 as there were many extra colorful reddish pink markings around the room. Hot tub was the same tempetature as the pool. One staff told us that it would take several hours and we were under the impression that the pool closed within the hour of them restarting the heating of it. However, my husband said that guests were actually in the pool area around 1am when he went down to the lobby, so they must have allowed them to stay later since the heating issues... or maybe they don't adhere to the 8a-10p pool hours posted. We weren't sure, but they were nice and weren't sticklers about the pool hours or anything.It seemed that as long as there wasn't a problem, they made exceptions. Elkhart PD visited over protective order... our daughter had a great birthday... we weren't allowed any amount of late checkout... You get what you pay for and this was adequate for what we wanted for our stay!

Was average, check in was good, room and site clean. Phone and remote control for Tv did not work. Shower control for water would not allow you to adjust water temperature, it appeared to be broken, reported id to manager was told it would be fixed the next day cold shower that evening still was not working next day following two nights we had cold showers.

Bed was comfortable. Internet was down, tv was limited, advertised pool, got tub, breakfast. I didn't see any of those things. Microwave and fridge didn't have enough outlets to both be plugged in. Person at desk gave very little information. Staff not very friendly. Hall and stair rugs don't look like they were vacuumed. We went to Travel lodge on the return trip. For the same price they were much cleaner and delivered what was advertised.
