Honestly one staff member was really rude, and she also forgot to assign us a room, (the room she gave us, and we had been in.) and it was just messed up, but still all of our items were in the room, and I was thinking of the what ifs. Besides that the room wasn’t ready, and she consistently asked “are you sure you need a 2bed” mind you, 6 people.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, but the stove and coffee maker in the room we stayed in did not work properly, the toilet ran and the shower dripped constantly. Housekeeping did not restock the coffee supplies daily, but it didn’t matter since the coffee maker didn’t work right anyway.

Building is okay structurally and the space design is convenient and great. However, our room was just dirty, carpets have stains some from careless paint drips some colored and nasty from what i dont know, stained pullup old sofa bed, dirty sheets, greased counters that havent been wiped. It looks like they have long term tenants there and no budget on cleaning and replacing furniture. Vety dissapointing for the brand. Never going there again.

Great place it’s a kitchen. Hotel has a oven stove top microwave coffee maker, toaster big refrigerator great staff and you can even do your laundry for free. Great great place and the price is reasonable 120 a night can’t beat that.
