Room was really nice beds were ok not great but I’m spoiled to my bed, great location and amenities, breakfast was pretty good my kids loved the fact there were fruit loops. We didn’t get to use the pool but it looked nice. Staff was friendly when we checked in

Everything was in good order except for some issues at check in. We were given another room, and it was clean. We arrived late and the King room was not available for us. Also, billing seemed an issue with several charges for incidentials, and checking out a day early. We called and there was no one to talk to directly at the hotel which we found problematic.

Bathroom was terrible! Mold and pink stuff in shower. Had to stand in ankle deep water to take a shower. The amount you have to pay for a room is so much higher. Call the hotel direct to get a better price. I never leave reviews but this took the cake.

I checked in and got to my room and the TV was broken. The nice young lady behind the desk was helpful, she tried to fix the issue. When she couldn’t, she helped me move my belongings to another room. So the customer service was great. The hotel needs to hire maintenance and room cleanliness was an issue.,.

Property was not clean, we were Not able to use the shower at all!! Mold in around the shower, mat inside the tub looks like it had never been removed to clean underneath it!! Looks like something was growing out from underneath it as well. Then the drain was so clogged that when you turned the water on it continues to fill the tub!! I was sick at the thought of standing in that!!! I tried to change rooms but the other option was a smaller room with a smell -- like stale cigarettes!! We had to wash off in the sink 😔

Reception ignored request, why?

I stood in line for about 20 minutes waiting for someone to get keys for a team (basketball team?). After that, I specifically requested to NOT BE ANYWHERE NEAR THAT TEAM (please put me on the opposite side of the hotel). Guess what? They put me right in the same hall. I was already unpacked and ready to sleep (I had a funeral to go to in the morning), then the team got back from the game. It was nonstop yelling, knocking on and banging doors for a couple hours. It was really awful and I can't believe the check-in staff was that inconsiderate and willfully ignored my request to be in a different area. The hotel was certainly not full and they had the room. Second night the team was gone, and it was OK, but my opinion of the hotel has dropped and I probably won't stay there again. I have stayed there before with no issues (except there are no USB ports to charge).
