Worst hotel ever. Pool and hot tub were used as storage. Garbage all over hotel. Rooms weren’t clean and no sheets on beds. No breakfast like it claimed.

The general smell of the hotel was musty When we walked in the hotel, there was a sign on the front door, saying no visitors welcome at any time that should’ve been our first clue The pool is out of order, the workout room is on order. The laundry room is out of order. Several rooms had signs on the door, saying they were not inhabitable and close for remodeling. Two people staying in our room we got one towel. I went down and asked for a towel and they gradually gave us a second tall. The pictures on their website we’re definitely misleading. What the actual property was. I hope they figure this property out. I would not say here again.

I booked this hotel because it has a swimming pool, a hot tub and a fitness center. I was told all of them are under maintenance. Later I saw that there are dozens of mattresses and other stuff in the swimming pool. Obviously it is used as a storage room, instead of being "under maintenance". The hallway smells so bad. People put their shoes in the hallway! There is no ceiling fan in the shower. Anything metal in the bathroom is so rusted. There must be mold in the attic and behind the walls. I can list more things but I don't have time. Don't stay here!

Hotel descuidado se ve que le falta mantenimiento pedí una habitación con una cama king size y eso recibí pero me dieron una con un jacuzzi adentro de la habitación (alado de la cama no en el baño) lo cual pudiera parecer un upgrade pero parecía motel de paso yo iba con mi familia Un desayuno muy limitado solo había hueco nada más, me pidieron 100 dólares de depósito es fecha q no me los han devuelto

Entry doors/handles were dirty. The room had so much damage from the walls, chairs, towel handle, shower head and shower curtain. The window curtain was soiled. No blow dryer. Stayed 2 nights and no housekeeping until after I left. The desk clerk was friendly on the 2nd day and at checkout.

The tv was very pixele. Only one towel and one hand towel pillows were very small. Furniture very worn out. Breakfast was cold . Needed a ticket to eat not many options to eat. Only one exit out of the motel. Pool was closed didn’t say on the website it was closed Door going out to balcony there was a gap so the wind drifted into room.

Upon arrival, I noticed the hotel had a stinky musk to it. They proceeded to give us our room on the first floor. We went into our room and there was bedbug poo on the sheets and on the mattresses. There was human puke on the floor and mould in the bathroom. We requested a different room. They put us up on the second floor and the room was no better my stay was scheduled for four days. I left the very next day. Definitely never book at the Baymont in Brooklyn Park. This hotel should be shut down permanently.

There were no towels in our rooms when we arrived and had to ask for some and a few times through the stay, the room was very humid the entire trip, thing left from previous visitors were left in the room/bathroom. I will say when it came time to put out a noise complaint the staff was very quick to resolve the issue.

No sheets on bed only mattress pad duvet, cover and on top of that was a flat sheet. So many things in the room for cracked, broken torn. Apart, huge sticky spots in the floor the room should have been under construction to be fixed. I'm not rented out for a $100 a night. They're free cottonel, breakfast. It was a bottle of water, a chocolate muffin that was expired by 3 months a granola bar in an apple that was so dark. It almost looked black. You only get one towel. One washcloth and 1 hand towel in a king, sweet room. Absolutely, horrible smells throughout the whole place. Our rooms meld absolutely terrible, and it was hotter than a blue blaze's air conditioner barely worked bathtub. It didn't work no remote controls for the tvs

Didn’t smell the best inside. staff took 15 minutes to come to the desk. No clarification that the pool was shut down. The parking lot had trash all around and lastly the halls weren’t the cleanest. Lucky enough not to see the room but probably would’ve been disgusting considering all other facts
