Had a short stay for three adults for a family event. The location near AkSarBen Village is a great spot. The room was comfortable for the three of us. I would definitely stay here again. A couple of things: This hotel is family friendly. A pool and a lobby area for playing games will appeal to families. The decor in the rooms is fun too!

Everything was good except the shade in our room on one of the windows was broken and couldn't close. We were in room 318 a corner room. It was for a handicap person and I didn't choose those types of amenities for our room. The bathroom floor to the shower was dirty and was coming apart. We tried to switch rooms but it was smaller and I couldn't get my money back for the downgrade. Other than that it was a good place to stay and the staff were amazing especially the woman that moved back from Minnesota.

Beautiful interior and very friendly staff. We received complimentary breakfast (very yummy) after an issue with our mini fridge. The games in the lobby were fun to play after returning to the hotel from our concert which was an easy walk! Overall I’d stay there again.
