Had to find a play to stay last minute after the house I had booked on Vrbo decided to cancel on me last minute. I had always heard great things about the Heights hotel so I decided to take a chance and booked it for our stay at Hell's Heroes. The vibes were great since 99% of the people staying there were also attending the festival. The rooms were clean, the staff was really cool and the fajita bowl hit the spot at the end of the night. My only complaint was that the elevator happened to be out of service the entire time we were there but that was probably just bad timing. The stairs were a little sketchy to walk up and down after a few drinks but that's probably just me. If I go back to the festival next year, I will definitely consider getting a room at the Heights again.

I thought this was going to be a cool and updated hotel. It was very run down and probably the grossest hotel i've stayed in in a long time. There was a pool party outside our door with a dj and the freeway overpass could be seen from the window as well. There was no way to walk anywhere decent. We drove off as soon as possible.

First let me say that the staff was amazing and helpful. The room however, not quite up to par. Stains on the blankets, walls, tub. Overall not that clean looking. You could hear EVERY SINGLE noise which since the door is directly to the outside meant we were up pretty much all night with people coming and going and the traffic from the road in. Courtyard view room. Nothing is walkable as it’s right off a busy road and highway. We only stayed one night but in don’t think we could have stayed longer. We will not be staying here again.
