The one staff member (front desk) was kind and very nice. Otherwise they don't really interact with you or greet you when you come in. The gym is pretty small. Couple treadmills though. Overall it gave there's events in town so we up'd our rates. I say this because I've stayed at hotels closer to downtown and it was more equipped/ cheaper. The room: well it was pretty. We found an eyelash on the 'clean' towels under the vanity. There was hair on the bed that wasn't ours. We cleaned and made it work, but for 2x the money from our last stay in STL (different hotel, while they hid parking fees for their garage, they were 10x nicer). The hotel this time was a bit unsatisfactory. Would I stay at this specific hotel again? Probably not. But it works if you just need a quick stay ig.
