The room itself was fine. I wouldn't say that there was anything "plus" about it.It was your typical Best Western room. What really killed our experience was the water going off and the casual way the staff handled it. The water went out Wednesday night and they said it may be fixed by Friday. This was on Christmas Eve so they said no one could take a look until the 26th. I find it hard to believe that a large chain like Best Western didn't have a plan to restore water service. These hotel chains should have access to 24/7/365 plumbing services. And if you don't, at least notify your guests so that they aren't left scrambling at midnight. The staff really didn't seem to care and weren't apologetic in the least that they couldn't provide basic services to their guests. So that's where the 1-star review comes from.

Breakfast is always amazing. Specially the cramberry juice!. Laundry here is always a benifit because gotta wash daily

Staff was very courteous and helpfull. Accommodating for a nights stay, close to the airports. Older Motel type, rooms are not updated yet comfortable.

This is NOT a safe place to stay. Around 11pm we had a strange man banging on our door. And I mean banging very hard. When we wouldn't open the door he started using his shoulder and body force to try and open the door..We could see this through the window and peep hole. This is when I called the front desk in a panic. Quickly explained what was happening and asked for help. Nothing seemed to be done as the man wondered to other rooms banging on doors. He went upstairs stomping, banging, yelling. We could hear other people yelling at him. Then things got quiet for a few mins so we thought it was resolved. But it wasn't. The man came back to our room and started banging and trying to get into our room again. This time he was using derogatory words. Banging harder than before. So I called the front desk again and said we were calling 911 if something wasn't done and only then was it dealt with. We had moved furniture in front of the door to keep safe and it stayed there all night. We were terrified and barely slept the whole night. At no time did the front desk ever call to check on us after the calls to them. We could have been dead. Terrible service. I will add that I 100% didn't expect the front desk man to come wrestle this man to the ground but he had some level of responsibility for our safety whether that be calling security or the police.
