I was totally unprepared for the lack of amenities, especially with the hotel being a Hilton. There was no microwave or coffeemaker in the room. No drinking cups or ice bucket in the room! I mentioned it to the manager and she explained it was Hilton’s policy! Really?? The ice bucket must be requested at the front desk. The cups I retrieved from the lobby and if I wanted to reheat any leftovers, it too, had to done in the lobby. What a joke! Hilton’s policy is a cheap and inconvenient!
The breakfast was very disappointing: cold cereal, bagels, muffins, hard boiled eggs and yogurt from a non-functioning machine. Did I mention 2 bananas and about 6 apples?
Although the room was clean, comfortable, staff were pleasant, I’ll never return.
