It had huge renovation happening. Our door couldn’t be opened with a key and they told us that someone would be there shortly to fix it. They had no other room available so we left. They offered to let us in manually but it all seemed a bit shady and stressful after 14 hours of driving.

It is under construction and should not be allowed to book rooms until facility is able to properly serve people. I made a mistake by staying here, and facility did not disclose on their hotel page, how I convenient it is to park and get around parking lot. I should have asked for refund and departed.

DO NOT EVERY STAY in this hotel. It is HORRID! It is not safe. The Front of the hotel is missing and the parking lot is totally unusable. The staff is NOT helpful and refused refunds. The room smelled of more smoke than most smoking rooms. The other room they tried to move us to was more musty than an 1890's basement with a foot of water in it. STAY AWAAAAAAAYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!

I would avoid this property. Driveway out of hotel had a water main break in 2024 never fixed cave in. Parking lot full of holes and along the road the driveway is caved in. Asked for non-smoking room, it stunk of cigarette smoke and someone had removed the battery from the smoke detector so they could smoke. Reported to front desk, no other rooms available. Property was very dirty. Had to wait for front desk person to get through with her personal phone call to be waited on.

The room had a horrible odor, a sink that wouldn't drain, a toilet that leaked, the bathtub was peeling and cracked and the refrigerator had broken shelves in it. About the only thing that wasn't horrible were the beds they were somewhat decent.

On the plus side, the bed was extremely comfortable. A big con, the parking lot was in horrible shape. Numerous and deep pot holes made for challenging driving through the lot. The rooms on the back side of the hotel could only be accessed by driving (very cautiously) completely around the building because the lot was so dug up.

The room smelled bad, the facilities are runned down and need updating, towels dirty looking. There was a poor selection and hardly anything at the breakfast provided and the front desk staff disappearred for over an hour an nowhere to be found.

The property was very nice and the staff was friendly. However there was only one entrance to the property and it was under some basic road construction on the other entrance. Not at all bad or noisy just a little inconvenient because I had to drive all the way around to leave and come out ensure the insurance that other vehicles and things coming in. My friend and I arrived late afternoon on May 5th. We left May 9th. In all this time our sheets were not changed. It was chilly the days we stayed. Management refused to have the wall unit serviced. Management was impersonal towards us. The cleaning crew was absolutely terrible. She always seemed to be in a bad mood and did not speak good English. I will not ever stay with this motel again!!!
