I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent stay at your hotel.
Unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory.
The bedroom and bathroom were not clean, and the trash cans in the room did not have trash bags. Additionally, I found the receptionist to be unfriendly and lacking in basic customer service etiquette, such as smiling or greeting guests.
The only positive aspect of my stay was the convenient location of the hotel.
I hope you will address these issues to improve the experience for future guests.
