My husband and I as well as two other couples stated that the hotel for the wine fest in Grapevine. This location was chosen due to his proximity to the festivities. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Perry, who was very informative and was great.. when I went to my room I was not pleased with the condition of the carpet, which had several spots all over it as well as the bathroom, the ceiling and the noise associated with my AC unit. Also, my remote control did not have any batteries in it? I had to call downstairs and was told that no one could bring them up because they were the only person on duty but when I called, no one answered I had to call the one 800 number in order to get in contact with someone at the front desk overall the room was not in the best conditions for occupancy. I felt like it had not been cleaned, and that there were maintenance issues that could have been addressed more readily for the state of the room. I was not pleased and will not stay at this location again. There was another young lady at the front desk, mid day Saturday and early night who would not greet us when we walked in and was very dry when we would ask for assistance definitely some more customer service training needed for her.
