Nice hotel in center of Nördlingen. Parking garage on site for 8.50 per day. Rooms of normal size and clean. The only minus is when having a room near entrance (front) of hotel that it can be a bit noisy when guests sit outside and you want to sleep with the window open; but some earplugs will do the job too...:)

Beautiful building, very nice room. Did request and pay for a superior room with double bed but they gave us one with two singles. They changed this though once I showed email confirmation. No English channels on TV at all despite them having Polish, French and Italian. Everything clean and comfortable. Not a lot to do in local area except look at buildings and walk around, but a quaint little town.

It’s a little bit difficult to find the hotel’s location . The hotel itself located in historic building, so there is no air conditioner in the rooms. Although I stayed in the hotel in the middle of September the rooms were too warm inside . They offer a breakfast for 16.99 euros which I think is a little overpriced for this little town. There are a lot of bakeries around the place and a grocery store which are open at 6-7 am and you can buy the freshest pastries, bread , etc. the hotel itself has a signs of aging, so the cosmetic make up would be a plus. They provide a welcome complimentary fruits, water and ice cream at front desk but there is no coffee or tea maker machine in the room. I might stay in this hotel in the future but probably think about better place to stay for this money,

Die Lage und die Parkmöglichkeit sind die beiden Stärken des Hotels. Auch der Service ist zufriedenstellend. Das Frühstück hingegen war enttäuschend spärlich. Die Hygiene ist auch eher mäßig (Socken von Vorgängern, Flecken auf dem Teppich). Das Free WiFi ist ein Glücksspiel, bei mir war es häufig verfügbar, einige meiner Gruppe könnten aber kaum bis gar keine Verbindung herstellen.

チェックインの際、フロントにいた若い金髪の女性スタッフの対応が酷かったです。 ホテルに着いた時にフロントに誰もいなかったので声をかけると女性スタッフがイライラしながら奥から出てきました。 チェックインのために名前を聞かれて答えると、彼女は不機嫌だったのか英語が聞き取れなかったのか「ハァ？」という反応。 モニターを見るため受付の場所を奥側促す際には顎でクイっと指示。 書類に記入が終わったらカードキーを渡され、朝食などの説明もなくさっさと奥に行ってしまいました。 ホテルのフロントでこんな失礼な対応されたの初めてで吃驚。 部屋は広く冷蔵庫やバスタブもあった点は良かったですが、机には傷、椅子の座る部分はボロボロになっていて全体的に設備の古さが気になりました。 朝食時は会場についても特にスタッフは宿泊客に挨拶や案内もしないし、空になっていた水はなかなか補充されないし、りんごジュースは水で薄めているような薄さで微妙。 唯一の良い点は街の中心部にあるため観光には便利ことくらいかな。

Hotel liegt mitten in der Stadt - das ist wunderbar. Leider muss der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage komplett bezahlt werden - Vergünstigungen als Gast des Hauses gibt es nicht :( Das Personal am Empfang ist zum größten Teil - bis auf eine Ausnahme - sehr freundlich. Leider war es in unserem Zimmer sehr kalt und das Frühstück war auch nicht hervorragend sondern "OK".
