There was an unpleasant odor in our room and in the hallway that it upset my stomach. Good thing I brought my air freshener. Once I sprayed my room it was ok but the hallway still smelled. Won’t be staying there again. I understand it’s an old motel but just want happy there.

When a hotel is under renovations, they should be required to notify guests. You pay full price for a ghetto experience and then you’re stuck. We will just go to Marriott for soccer next time. The beds here were hard, windows didn’t have dark curtains, plumbing leaked, shower curtain was paper thin and drained no mater what we did, the place smelled like weed and there were sheriff units parked in groups during our stay looking for someone-like walking the halls looking for someone. No thanks. The front staff when we checked in was nice- Chriss was her name. But all other staff was completely indifferent to any of our concerns. Tragically underwhelmed.

Super friendly and helpful staff! Checked in to the first room and the TV did not work right so moved 2 doors down. The young lady at the desk checked the TV first before we moved, which was nice of her. The breakfast buffet was good and plentiful. There were plenty of people coming through and eating and the person doing foodservice did a great job keeping everything refilled, etc. Apparently they are in the middle of a remodel or something like that as it is an older building. Very good location, close to tons of shopping and the Temecula Promenade is a mile away and easy to find. Oh, and the price was very affordable! My only issue at all was the room floor had not been vacuumed. Neither of the rooms had been vacuumed in a while. It makes me wonder about how well the rooms are cleaned between guests? Having said that I would definitely stay there again. The staff is great.

Overall very clean and the ladies at the front desk were polite and attentive, however the staff that serves the morning breakfast was very rude and unwelcoming. Also I used the laundry room and the dryer did not work and put me in a bind. It left my clothes soaking wet. I informed the front desk and not sure if it was addressed but they apologized for the inconvenience.
