I was very disappointed with the condition of my room. It felt completely neglected and poorly maintained. All the furniture was hung crookedly on the walls, and the "repairs" throughout the room were clearly improvised and unprofessional. The bathroom was even worse: the toilet was loose/wobbly, and the shower head wouldn't stop dripping all night. To top it off, the air conditioning emitted a foul smell whenever it was turned on. I wouldn't recommend staying here until management performs some serious renovations.

Propert was very clean. Beds were very comfy! Check-in tram was very prompt and courteous. I believe some rooms had been upgraded, our room was not one of them. Room was clean. We could definitely hear the freeway traffic that our room overlooked. We could also hear elevator opening all night. Ice machines were out of order. The complimentary breakfast was not good. But not a deal breaker - just plan accordingly. Lots of other options for breakfast close by.

The hallways were dirty upon arrival, the room was VERY outdated, the AC did not work so room was extremely hot, the TV did not work at all, the bathroom in the room was nasty, the staff was very snarky once told the room was not as advertised. Would not recommend.

Room was not what expected, since i have stayed at other hotels with same company for price I paid. Staff was ok, were not informative at all. Didn't let me know anything including how to get to room. Room was old but they tried to update it and not very clean. It was to late to find a new place due to event i had to be at.

There was an unpleasant odor in our room and in the hallway that it upset my stomach. Good thing I brought my air freshener. Once I sprayed my room it was ok but the hallway still smelled. Won’t be staying there again. I understand it’s an old motel but just want happy there.

When a hotel is under renovations, they should be required to notify guests. You pay full price for a ghetto experience and then you’re stuck. We will just go to Marriott for soccer next time. The beds here were hard, windows didn’t have dark curtains, plumbing leaked, shower curtain was paper thin and drained no mater what we did, the place smelled like weed and there were sheriff units parked in groups during our stay looking for someone-like walking the halls looking for someone. No thanks. The front staff when we checked in was nice- Chriss was her name. But all other staff was completely indifferent to any of our concerns. Tragically underwhelmed.
