I had a terrible experience staying at this property and checked out a day early because the conditions were unacceptable. When we requested clean towels, staff told us they were out of towels and suggested that we use the towels we already had, wash them ourselves, and bring them back. I have never experienced anything like that at any hotel or rental. The room was filthy and had a strong odor that smelled like animal waste. The sheets had yellow stains, and we found what appeared to be mouse droppings. There were also cigarette butts and weeds around the property, showing a complete lack of maintenance and cleanliness. The bedding was uncomfortable, and there appeared to be animal hair or padding under the sheets. We could barely sleep during our stay. The environment felt unsafe and extremely noisy. People were hanging out in the hallways late at night, talking loudly, arguing, and fighting. The noise continued throughout our stay. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and showed no concern when issues were brought to their attention. This property is not clean, not safe, and not suitable for a comfortable night’s sleep. I would not recommend staying here and would never return.

Overall a nice hotel and cheap. Close to so many stores (walmart, target, etc) and the mall. I would stay again. Room was clean. Only downside was the shower was clogged. I forgot to say something to the front desk. I was in a hurry to leave so that's my bad.
