Room was comfortable, but I only used it to shower and sleep. The furniture needed cleaning and a chair at the desk needed refurbishing, as the "leather" was peeling. The hotel was ok, but the room definitely needed a bit of attention. The little bitty fridge in the room had broken pieces and froze everything in the fridge and freezer, which ruined a diabetic med that i was to take Monday morning. The air conditioner was incredibly loud all night, and the bed was really hard, even for my husband who enjoys a firm mattress. We did like the hot breakfast and the staff was great!

Told staff to want changing channels... Nothing was done about it. It was just blown off. I saw cleaning staff sitting in a room doing nothing. I arrived late Saturday night and checked out Tuesday with zero turn down service. Bed was comfortable.
