Stayed at this hotel many times. $15 for parking is ridiculous. Should be free for repeat patrons. Also I missed my NFL football game because room TV would not connect to the internet. Technician came up and was the nicest person I've ever met! He spent an inordinate amount of time attempting to get it connected. His name is HOWARD. Was a system problem, something out of his control. Howard should be rewarded or recognized in some way, for his genuine interest in making the customer happy.

Dear Renaissance Hotel Team, I recently stayed at your property to celebrate my birthday weekend, and overall, my experience was very pleasant. I truly appreciated that everything I needed was right on the grounds—there was no reason to leave unless I chose to. My room offered a beautiful view, and watching both the sunrise and sunset was absolutely stunning. I also appreciated the clear communication and directions during the fire alarm; it made me feel safe and cared for. There were a couple of hiccups during my stay. A loud noise coming from the bathroom startled us out of our sleep, and we couldn’t determine what it was. Additionally, there was no microwave in the room, and I noticed that some areas felt a bit dated with a few items showing wear. Despite those small issues, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, which made a lasting impression.
