The hotel was very dirty. The hallway and stairs looked like they had never been swept and our rooms had no AC on when we checked in, so the rooms were very hot and took forever to cool down. Breakfast was mediocre and didn’t have many choices. We will not be going back.

The front desk worker was rude and uninvolved in the situation. The pictures were nothing like the actual rooms. We paid for a two queen room and got two fulls. The room key was disabled before we checked out.

We walked into our room and immediately saw a bed bug crawling on the pillow on the bed. We went to request another room in which they accommodated only to find bed bugs on the walls, under the sheets and in the bathroom. The room was completely infested. The front desk lady was very understanding but when calling the owner or manager they seemed to be resisting her giving us a refund. We will not return to this location on the future.
