Spacious room and excellent location. Room is a bit worn and the AC doesn’t work (no matter how you adjust the temperature, it stays the same). Beds are horribly hard. Plus points for check in online.

The apartment was generous and well located, but rather noisy. Given that in Venice you have to essentially carry your luggage by hand, the fact that the hotel for the check-in was 10 min from the ferry and then a 15 min walk over several bridges away from the apartment itself, made the trip quite strenuous for one night.

Perfectly located. clean and spacious. The only downside was having to check in at a hotel that’s a 10 minute walk away (and 15 min from the train station). It was hard to carry all our luggage back and forth. The code for the apartment could have been provided over email. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Pictures of this apartment/room were very deceiving. The bunk beds were literally in the hall as you opened the door to enter. We used the kitchen to put our luggage in. AC. Could have been better. Apartment was clean. Bed sheets were rough. Could have been a better quality. Great location but you had to go 10 minutes further to register.
