Rooms were not as in pictures. No windows other than to the nabour. The room smelled odd, like something was wet. The beds were not good, very worn. The noice level was unbearable as the walls was not isolated, hence all conversations from Labours could be heard. The bathroom was

Across from a busy urgent care center. Tons of sirens, police and people drinking and partying all night. Hard to sleep and you will be woken up by screaming patients brought in by police and chaos if you do manage to fall asleep. Staff are great. Kitchen has a microwave and fridge but no utensils, plates or coffee machine.

I just loved our stay! The staff is nice, the hostel is close to “everything”, the area is good; actually between two police stations. The room is big enough and very practical with a sink in the room! We also had a small balcony!

After reading some of the reviews from various platforms I was a little sceptical. To be honest I wasn't expecting much but the room was clean and we had a small balcony with a bathroom in the room (there are some with shared bathroom). It's basic but I knew what we were booking so don't expect a 5 star hotel for what you're paying. The staff were fromdyand helpful. I'd recommend this hotel for a short weekend stay. Of you want more amenities with a hotel then pay the premium. If you want basic and clean room with a good location for walking distance this will definitely suit you.

Area seemed a bit rundown (e.g. discarded mattress), but was conveniently only 3 minutes walk from La Rambla. The property could do with some attention as there was mould in the bathroom, door frames were damaged (the bathroom door hinge was broken too) and the bedsheets had cigarette burn holes in them. There were also hairs (not ours) in the bed. The facilities (vending machine, etc) were virtually nonexistent, but there were lovely bakeries on the walk to La Rambla

Windowless rooms

Four out of six rooms on each floor were without a window, so mine. That was not clear from the website. Quite a claustophobic feeling. The bathroom on the corridor could not be locked, as the door had rotted away with humidity. Quite noisy with dirty walls. Go somewhere else. A rip-off for what it was

Personal is friendly Area don't feel save, but 3 streets further it is ok Bathroom witch you share with 3 rooms is not cleaned the whole week! in the shower lays on the ground a piece of soap en the packing, for one week it lay there. They cleAned the room everyday. The airco was out of order so had a bad night, because of the temputure, the second night we got another room, but the airco makes every 8 minute a loud noise for one . The area is 5 minutes of the Rambla, but the area there was a bit creepy. I don.t recommaned it for womantravellers. Although a police station is nearby. From the airport take the orange line to University and then take the greeline to dressanes. A ticket from the airport is 5.15 euro single way. Every normal metro ticket is 2,40 single trip. Sagrada familia and park Quell was full, so you have to buy a ticket online before you go! You will get a entry time in blocks. Harbour Vell is great. Take the restaurant onestreet behind the vieuwstreet. It was so great that spanish people where relaxed, they don't make a fool of someone who looks or dressed different. The spanish police will directly give you "a bon"charge you when you go on with a bycicle on a street where it is walking area. I thinkthat's the bestway to correct people. That's way maybe that almost everyone behave. But this hotel was for me to basic. The shower was dirty. And very small. The elevater is for one person. And a small bag. A bit fearfull to go in.

De mensen waren geweldig en behulpzaam, de ontvangst was geweldig, ik voelde me zo op mijn gemak en ze maakten mijn kamer goed schoon, zodat ik schone, mooie handdoeken en schone lakens had en altijd zeep en shampoo.
