It is an older hotel for sure. Could use some upgrading. The kids wading pool is not warm - they really need to warm it up a bit. And paint the floor of it. It’s not mold, it’s just wear and tear. The large pool is nice. Need to fix the ladders bit. The entrance to the hot tub is not convenient from the pool area. Our poolside rooms were fine, nice patio area but no food or drink allowed while sitting watching over the kids is a downside. Never enough pool towels and even when you ask for more (3 times) they still never brought any. But for the money spent, it was fine. The little kids had a blast.
