Have stayed at the Mantra Parramatta multiple times over the last few years. Its our first choice of place to stay when travelling to Sydney. Close to public transport, only a short train ride to Central station & the price is much better value than anywhere in the CBD. It's a place where every single staff member I've interacted with have been fantastically helpful & pleasant. Some rooms show some age but are clean, comfortable & have everything you need. This is the place I tell anyone who asks to stay at, we'll definitely be back!

I had a wonderful stay this weekend. The Mantra Hotel at Parramatta, was very clean and well-maintained, with rooms that felt fresh and comfortable. The location is excellent—just a short walk to all the main shops and restaurants, which made everything very convenient. What really stood out was the fantastic customer service. The staff were lovely, the room was clean. Excellent position, close to Westfield and the Train station. we arrived we found that the aircon didnt work. It was a hot day so that was quite disappointing and i feel we should probably have received a discount. They did supply us with 2 fans though thankfully.
