This was the worst Comfort Suites I have ever stayed at. We had problems with the TV. The microwave didn’t work. The bath tub needs a bath mat or new gripping strips. It was slippery taking a shower. The breakfast was not like other hot breakfast. Sausage and Biscuits one day. Add bacon and eggs the next. Then back to sausage and biscuits. Waffle maker. No selection of fruit. Lobby was dirty. Outside was not well kept.

Room was okay. A/C was not working properly. Card key wasn’t working so the lady at the front desk had to come and open the door with a key. Breakfast was burnt. An older lady that was working there was kind of rude when I pointed that there was no coffee. Hotel seems dirty. Front desk lady was nice and helpful.

My sheets were old feeling. Balled nots which made for an uncomfortable sleep along with the extra small pillows. The bathroom didn’t have any lotion. The window curtains didn’t shut all the way so a bright light shine through the night. I will never recommend my job to by another night at this location

Breakfast ran out with no tempt to replace the hot items. My children were not able to eat anything except a yogurt because everything ran out including the waffle mix, milk, and coffee. There was a LOUD banging on our room wall in the middle of the night, with people, what sounded like 5-10 people, talking and laughing outside our room. I had to call downstairs. No one prompted the people to quiet down. After 30 more minutes, I had to go outside myself. This woke up our children after driving 8 hours.

Found blood on our comforter when we went to bed. Told the manager and were moved to another room in the middle of the night. The new room was not clean, with unmopped floors and a faint smell of vomit. Buttons on the elevator missing. Ice machine in the hall banging loudly and leaking water on the floor. Multiple guests complaining about multiple issues every time we passed the front desk. Checked out a day early in the morning and found a couch to sleep on instead.
