The check in was messy through what seemed like a backdoor. No TV. Humidity smell. Cigarrete tails at the entrance and bugs in the bathroom. Luckily only two nights. Quick stay OK! Descent packed breakfast.

Surprisingly good experience. We choose this hotel for it's good location and good price. Since it was prized on the lower side, we didn't have unrealistic expectatipns. However, the room was super nice. Only 50m from the central parking tunnel 200m from the centrum. We got prepared a nice little breakfast(ordered extra). All in all a surprizingly good experience. Only one thing to mention: it does not have universal access; it has a tall stairs from the street level and up to the door. But if you don't have special needs, you will be fine

Jeg synes at de ansatte var smilende, hyggelig og imøtekommende, og det var god service og omtanke og hjelp, og jeg fikk utrolig god støtte og medfølelse for alt mulig, så dette var knallgodt av Arendal, på det lille hotellet Lille Hotell! Det var ikke ubehagelig å sove, spise og dusje, så jeg har intet å utsette hotellet for, og alle ansatte skal jo tas vare på om det er bra, og vi skal gjøre ting med og uten utdannelse der vi er, men at folk kan litt om hoteller når de jobber der, det er bra, og det kan de i Arendal, så tusen takk!

Lille hotel er et dejligt sted, hvor man bliver budt velkommen med venlighed og stor hjælpsomhed. Stedet er rent og pænt, og det er nogle gode senge. Der er ingen morgenmads restaurant, men det var frisk og lækkert morgenmad der blev serveret ved døren. Personalet var klar til at hjælpe os, hvis vi havde brug for noget mere. Vi var syv afsted, og alle var meget tilfredse.

Zentral aber ruhig gelegenes Hotel. Die Zimmer haben eine gute Grösse sind sauber aber eher einfach eingerichtet (es gibt keinen Schrank oder Kühlschrank). Der Zutritt erfolgt über einen PIN-Code zu den Türen, der via Email zugestellt wird (hat gut geklappt). Wenn man ein Frühstück bestellt bekommt man dieses in einer Tasche an die Zimmertür geliefert - wir habe keines bestellt.
