The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. The shower was hot or cold, no in between. There was decent water pressure but it felt like needles coming out of the shower head.

It was a good place for what I needed. I needed a warm bed & a hot shower. I wasn’t planning on stopping on the way to Colorado but the weather had other plans for me.

The manager was exceptionally friendly and helpful. He served breakfast early when he found we had a meeting at 7:30. The last morning there was an elderly (87 yrs.) gentleman using a walker. He helped him get breakfast and then tried to help him get oriented to where he was wanting to go. The man probably should not have been driving at all and more so by himself. What a great manager!

Unfortunately our stay here was not the best, as the room was dirty, the toliet was broken and we had to manually pull the chain to flush and the water ran the whole time we were there for 2 days. The room had mismatched paint all over the walls. We reported to front office to report the toliet and it was never fixed.

My bathroom was dirty. There was pee around the toilet, a dirty hand print on the wall, and hair in the shower. One of the towels was dirty when I unfolded it. The breakfast was really good. It really smells like that musty smell.

A little older hotel. Clean enough . Be ready to climb stairs- there’s NO elevator to 2nd floor! Hot breakfast was not so hot. But I got a good rate through Expedia so it was ok.

I gave the hotel an OK stay because checking in Nobody was there at the desk to check me in and the manager was sitting in his office and called someone to check me in. Then my room didn’t have a remote to be able to switch back-and-forth from TV to cable and the front deck lady said she would get me one but after 5 days I never had one so I had to get up and change it every time.Then in the middle of the morning, turned the water off to work on it without letting the guest know that the water was going be turned off right in the middle of my shower, and then this morning I went down for breakfast at 8:30 and they were out of eggs and sausage and yogurt, not prepared at all. I will not be staying here again. Other Quality Inns maybe but not this one in McCook. And the website shows a picture of a hot tub that is not there anymore. False advertising. Shame on you Quality Inn. Rooms were fine and clean.

Privacy was violated. Clean but sketchy.

Put my “do not disturb” hanger on the door but they still came in and cleaned my room even though I didn’t want any towels or anyone in my room while I stayed there because it was kind of a sketchy hotel. When I asked the manager why they came into my room he said, “I told them not to go in there,” and shrugged.
