I paid for and arrived for early checkin & told rm was not ready. We returned in the evening, beds were made, a few towels but rm was dirty; sticky floor, gross bathroom/sink. We complained on Friday morning & assured room would be cleaned. Returned to rm on Friday evening with cleaner toilet and sink, less sticky floors but had to use our own disinfectant wipes on all countertops, doorknobs, light switches, Spider web above bathrm door, i had to tighten toilet seat. Amenities like coffee cups, soap dish holders, sign to clean room were missing as well as no hotel information or rm pricing list; continental breakfast was very sparse. No one cleaned, made beds or replenished towels by our return on Saturday evening. I had noticed bugs and captured 2 to bring to the office on sunday checkout. I stated this stay was the worst I've ever experienced, received no discount and was told i could call later in the day to speak to the manager. I have not done so because i think this is more of a corporate issue; main concern here is that your corporate headquarters remedies this situation as certainly there are violations to hotel and health regulations here. In addition, your website pictures of the registration office and dining area were not the same.
