Staff was not friendly and the smell of cigarettes and weed permeated all day and night made the stay for a non smoker awful. Staff was not accommodating when ask could we change rooms at check in and it was no flexibility. To get relief I spend more hours out of my room than in. I will never stay here again and will not recommend to others.

It’s an old place and had cracks in the room’s ceiling. The bath tub was nasty and needed scrubbing before using. The bath tub faucet control was black, with no cover cap and leaked all the time. Could not turn it off! Front desk lady was very nice and appreciated pet friendly stay.

First night check in guy was nice, second night extremely rude man, refused to give us towels because said we had already came and got them we was like no we didn’t he said yes y’all are in 208, we said no we are in 212, he finally gave us towels but was not happy about it, roaches in bathroom, mattress hard a brick, stains on bedding, stains on towels, mold on shower curtain, worst hotel experience ever, I never leave reviews but it was so bad, crack head in parking lot sitting with the hotel cart also, would not recommend!!

Staff checking was helpful and easy to work with. Room was just ok. Despite a large sign at the front desk stating no smoking, someone was smoking in their room and the smell crept throughout the hallway and into my room. The shower curtain was stained and nasty. There was trash and a receipt dated 12/05/2025 crumpled just under the edge of the couch, very visible just standing in the room. While these things definitely leave things to be desired, the biggest issue was the lack of a smoke detector in the room. Shortened my stay due to these things.
