Our room was typical but sheets were clean and things seemed well kept. The pull out couch was brand new so they are making effort upgrade and make things better! All the staff were nice and accommodating! Saige at the front desk over night was great and the lady who took care of the breakfast in the am was super kind and friendly, she kept everything hot fresh and clean! We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again if we needed to!

The staff was kind, friendly and helpful. My room and the property were clean. There are lots of restaurants to eat at near by. If you like wings? Avoid Buffalo Wild Wings. The service was really slow and the wing were ehh. Instead go to Chandlers (it's .6 miles from the hotel) their wings are fantastic!!!!!!!!! The service and atmosphere is Awesome as well!!!!

The room was not properly cleaned. The closet shelf, which is below eye level and easy to see, had a plastic bag with a half-eaten banana with the pel left in it by, presumably, a prior guest. This was disgusting to see and have to throw out ourself. Also, the room’s window was left open, making the room freezing when we got there as the temperature was approximately 30 degrees. We quickly closed the window and the room quickly warmed up. Also, when we showered in the morning, I discovered there was no soap in the bottle marked “body soap.” The bottle was empy. We found it hard to believe that the cleaning staff didn’t check to see there was soap in the bottle, as there were no bars of soap that we still usually see in hotel rooms. These problems were very disappointing.
