They charged me $300 for the security deposit rather than the standard $75. Then didn’t release the hold on the deposit so I had to call, the gentleman apologized & said it was a mistake on their part & released the hold. Well then I was refunded $75. Not the $300 I paid. I called to ask & the manager said oh no we don’t do that. I said well apparently you do bc that’s what happened. She had 0 clue what she was talking about, & didn’t even attempt to look into it or help me, kept interrupting & speaking over me. Then another woman gets on the phone & tells me it’s because of my dog. Well the property is not pet friendly, my dog is a registered & verified service dog and they were aware of her when I checked in, even showed documentation which I am not obligated to do. Then she tried to tell me that my dog is not a service dog, then hung up on me, as did the manager. The unprofessionalism and overall incompetence is appalling, to say the least. Especially for what is supposed to be a renowned & prestigious hotel. Not only all of this horrendous behavior, but also in the room I stayed in it looked like someone pooped in the shower & stomped it down the drain. When I say I almost vomited, it was REPULSIVE. I went & bought bleach and poured a gallon of it down the drain. I couldn’t eat the rest of the night I was so sickened. This is what $600 for 2 nights will get you here folks. 0/10 do not recommend to anyone ever. Unless maybe they get new management.
