We stayed recently for 2 nights as a family of 4 (2 adults, 1 child and 1 baby). The room was small but comfortable and had all the amenities we required. The breakfast was delicious with a great range of food choices. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Hotel location was good and easy to find. Plenty of parking spaces outside.

It was a nice stop over. We stayed for 2 nights, it was a great place to stay, while visiting Alton Towers water park & Theame park. The inly thing was upsetting its that there was no spare plugs to charge pur device.

They are a dig friendly Hotel, and although we don’t dislike dogs, we asked to be moved in case we were woken by barking pets, and there was no problem at all.
