The room we were initially staying in had bed bugs my husband got welps and we have pictures talked to the manager they moved us rooms. The other room was ...better but still not great the hotel needs work bad holes in the floor dirty headboards with oily fingerprints it's falling apart

Room was messy unvacummed and there were Cheerios piled behind the tv stand. Toilet didn’t flush only filled with water and slowly drained. Bar was cold due to no heat being installed(sub45°). room was never cleaned and no towels were added or removed for washing the entire three night stay.
