Best location in Toronto and the staff are wonderful, particularly Joy on reception who remembered me from a previous stay - she was wonderful. Bellhop and luggage storage also really great - leave your bags here and go to Niagara for a couple of days

Beautiful Hotel & Perfect Location for Traveler

We stayed here for a wedding and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. As Texans, we found the comforter a bit too warm at night, but everything else was exceptional. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk to Union Station for our train to Montreal the next morning. The underground shopping that connects to the station was an unexpected and enjoyable bonus! *Extra bonus, amazing pastry place “El Pacho” a short walk from hotel!
