Room was clean, smart TV available. Ice machine outside the door made significant noise for much of the night (even when not used for dispensing) - louder than a low volume TV - made sleeping difficult. Breakfast was good variety. Most staff was very courteous. The parking lot was one big sheet of ice - no no walkways for guests cleared. Without the ice machine and parking lot issue - it would have been 5 stars.
