Our room was very clean, the lady at the front desk went above and beyond for me and they need more people like her! Breakfast was good and we enjoyed having access to hot tea and coffee all day. The pool was unfortunately cold and the bottom looks like it could use some extra cleaning. The elevator was a little scary but nothing we couldn’t deal with . For the price I feel some upgrades would be in order. The keys weren’t working and even though the staff was awesome in accommodating us. There was one staff member who wasn’t very nice when asked to open the gym for us two times and she rolled her eyes at a man who just wanted to enter the lobby at 11 pm .

Wonderful hotel. We had an issue with the television in our room and they offered to move us immediately.
