The hotel the day before had no electricity…so rooms weren’t cleaned…no breakfast available due to food spoiled during outage…went to room…toilet had been used not flushed…bed sheets dirty…bathroom toilet was leaking…no WI-FI available…no tv channels available due to the outage.
