We stayed here for 4 nights, the place was good, the breakfast buffet was excellent, there are many options for vietnamese food-- The place is clean, quiet, and very affordable-- we had a double room for around $35 dollars a night--easily stay 4 people, and there are two bathrooms--location is good, walking distance to the dragon-bridge -- One thing needs to improve on is English communication-- All staff speak vietnamese but only little of English; however, they understand enough to get through the checkin -- Other than that, we like the place, we will most likely return if we are in the area--

The staff at front desk and in breakfast were outstanding. Greeting, smile and anxious to serve. Room decor is fresh and modern. But hot water is terrible. Never got hot wster from sink. Shower day 1 took many minutes to get warm. Day 2, the water never got hot! But that woke me up! Good location to beach and town. Not a fault of hotel, but traffic noise and night club music goes very late into night and morning.

We did choose this hotel to be in walking distance to the Dragon Bridge (10 min walk) and the beach 15-20 min), and at the same time have a short distance to the airport since out flight was at 8:30 am (10-15 min drive to the airport). If you dont want to walk then grab is great in Vietnam. Little bonus info, we was 2,5 hour before at the airport since international flight and many turists in Da Namg, but our flight was the first flight so it only took us 20 mins to get our bording pass, sequrity and pass controll. Most of the restuarants did first open between 6:30-7:00. So we regret not eating breakfast at the hotel and arrive 1,5 hour before flight. Back to rating the hotel. The staff was very kind, the breakfast was between 6:30-9:30. We do not eat meat, and each day we could find something to eat. One day there was fried rice and another day nuddles and next day steamed rice. The only bad thing was the toast roaster was too slow and the coffee was vietnemese coffee which i personaly feel lack of taste. There is a little pool at the rofhtop with few spots, so if few people at same time it would be crowded. But no one did use it. Maybe thats why there was no bar/cafe to buy cold drinks while at the pool. There are 3 nearby marts near the hotel, and one is full mart which is open 24/7 and takes vard without any fees. Our A/C did not when we did arrive, but then they came and did empty its water and it worked well. It was actually a quit one also the fridge.

Room was clean. The shower floor was damaged and had water damage in it. The tiles were just floating on top of some side damaged material underneath. The air conditioning did not work well, and did not automatically turn on when you placed the card into the power outlet. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the beach which was beautiful. The breakfast was fine, but not plentiful for options.
