Room was tired and neglected, everything just seemed very run down. £44 for 8 hours of parking, a rip off, it was £32 less than a month ago. Last time I'll be staying here and it's a shame as it was my usual go to.

Didnt know if i booked b&b nothing was said at check in. A £50 extra deposit was required which i didnt know. I found the room tired for the money and the brand. Staff clearly had a speech for the west wing "has a beautiful view of the city" it didnt it had a view of the next apartment block. Just wholly disappointed.

Our family stayed here on a recent trip to London, the hotel was excellent, and the staff were very kind and helpful. The rooms were clean, and the hotel is located right next to an underground station and some great place to eat. When we come back to London we will definitely stay here again.

Terrible, avoid.

Terrible hotel, reception, conceirge, location. Disappointing when you are paying a fortune per night , then upon arrival, they want a ridiculous security deposit. When you leave they tell you it may take 10 days for the money to get back into the account? The rooms were too small for a family of 5, little things like enough towels for the family, air conditioning, smell of the bathroom. The workers weee so hard to work with, it was like they all started their careers that day. Waste of money.

Our 4th time staying here in the past 12 months. Love the skace, proximity to two underground and two bus stops, tons of dining options in immediate neighborhood, express Sainsbury and Tesco within walking distance *and* a Marks&Spencer's stor and food court across the road one way and a pharmacy across the other (plus hospital nearby!) . Everything you could possibly need and want on a trip from 30 seconds to 5 mins away. And the hotel itself is lovely. Wouldnt stay anywhere else in London.

Conveniently located. Friendly staff.

Conveniently located near the British Museum and Buckingham palace. Walkable to most points of interest in London (even Sherlock Holmes residence). The hotel staff were kind and friendly. Check in and check out were both quick processes.

Check the bill

I had burger and coke, and charged to my room. Upon checkout, I see the bill of over 100gbp. They took over 30 minutes to sort it out, and nearly miss my flight to JFK. Be careful. Check the bill. I had expected that staying with a major hotel chain would safeguard against such problems, but unfortunately, that was not the case at this property. Very disappointed.
