My room wasn't done. Plus check in asked about getting a handicapped room next time she said it was extra. Then no working POOL which is one reason I booked here. Hallways reeked of cigarettes. One elderly couple spilled orange juice and the lady and they made her feel so bad. Plus they took down breakfast at 8:30. It was only open till 9.

Walking in, odor of either damp, spices.. sonething hits you immediately. Room odor was also bad and we had to go out and get air freshener. Water took over 10 minutes to get hot. We stayed the 2nd night after at least having our room smell better after using air freshener. Breakfast was ok, wouldve liked fruit available.
