Bad service
To start off the front desk staff that checked me in had no personality. They were very cut and dry. I booked my reservation a year in advance and had called and requested my room to have a let out couch. When I asked was the room that he assigned had a let out couch he told me he didn’t know. There is no way you work to check people in that you don’t know what each room has or should be able to find out right away. He told me if the room doesn’t have a let out couch I should call the front desk and they will find me one. Of course the room didn’t have one and when I called the front desk new staff stated they couldn’t get me a room with a let out couch. After again explaining I made this request a year ago the new staff stated they could offer a roll away bed but it would take them 2 hours. It was 4:00pm when I was told this. After 2 hours I was told that they had to wash the covers for the roll away. At 7:00pm the roll away was brought to the room and we were told they were washing the sheets for it. It was 10:30pm before the sheets were delivered and that was because I called and asked for them. I was also charged an extra $35 a day for incidentals that no one bothered to explain. The policy was only explained once I questioned it after receiving the charge on my debit card. I didn’t receive the hospitality I should have received. My stay was from Thursday, May 8th -Sunday, May 11th. Which was over $600 dollars and never felt a friendly or generous reception.
