Very clean, quiet, well-kept, modern, good location, pleasant staff. Only issue was the type of room we booked over a week in advance was not available upon arrival. The room we were able to get was very clean and worked out okay, but this was a disappointment having planned in advance. Still very happy overall and would definitely stay again.

We love the town of Sturbridge, and were able to get a good price on a room there. The staff was friendly, and we made good use of the spa tub (great for older muscles that had been in the car for several days.) We would stay again, and recommend this hotel for anyone needing a clean room, with a hot breakfast.

This is exactly why someone chooses Hampton Inn. It’s clean and bright with an attentive staff and plenty of parking. The pool and hot tub were out of commission, though something that would have been nice to know when making the reservation.

We liked the location of the property while our song was at an event. The disappointment was The Hampton Inn did not let us know the pool and hot tub were not in operation. We will not stay in this property again.

Newly renovated room was wonderful. The woman at checkin was very pleasant. If ever in the area again we’d stay here. The lobby was still under construction but wasn’t noisy for us in our room. Updating the hotel is always a plus, especially when it’s not noisy in the room.
