A comfortable and homey facility, set in a gorgeous place. Everyone (staff and kibbutz members) is so friendly and welcoming, and the spa is superb.

Great Management

Amazing, had a rough start but Kaayad made up for everything!

10/10 Exceptional

The hotel is attractive and professional. It is managed by the kibbutz, and we enjoyed having breakfast with them. The grounds are a botanical garden, which is remarkable given the harsh desert that surrounds the Ein Gedi oasis. Comfortable rooms.
Katharine, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Located in beautiful place . Unclean and bad service
Benyamin, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Very mixed experience ... at a hefty price

Overall, nice location with beautiful tropical garden carefully designed over the years. The maintenance of the accomodation and level of comfort is however quite poor. More so taking the hefty price charged.

4/10 Fair

Our room was nothing like advertised and was in very mediocre condition. My partner went to leave the bathroom and the door handle fell off leaving her stuck in the bathroom until I returned. The front desk clerk seemed indifferent to our concerns. The pool was nice. The food was abundant but very boring. Meats were very fatty and the Asado Stew was hard as a rock

A great rest from the war

Superb location. A great way to rest from alerts. The pool was closed because of the war vut otherwise everythig was open.

Amazing experience - 5 Star value for your money

One of those places you wish you could stay when the time is up. We recommend Ein Gedi Hotel to anyone who is looking for a break from their busy lives. It's literally an oasis. Easy to gain distance from the world if that's what your spirit craves. Stunningly beautiful place set inside a carefully grown lush desert garden. Awesome spa with incredible view to the Dead Sea and desert valley. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere with friendly staff who also know how to leave you alone and give you space. Incredible breakfast with great variety, delicious fresh food in general. They let us stay in the spa after check out- no extra cost - which we very much appreciated. In our opinion, this hotel is absolutely worth the price. One of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed at. We will absolutely be back.

Our stay at the Ein Gedi hotel was aamzing! The property is beautiful, and you have lots of beautiful hikes nearby. The pool and spa amenities were also fantastic, I would definitely visit this hotel again. I would note, the buffet options are some what limited, but the food was good for the most part.

Paradisiaque…

Bravo !
PATRICK, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Très agréable, sauf côté restauration

Environnement paradisiaque, bengalows très confortables mais restauration relevant plutôt d’une cantine que d’un restaurant en terme d’organisation et de niveau sonore. En ce qui concerne la qualité des mets…très moyen!

The best hotel, most beautiful place! Amazing spa! Wonderful service and food!! Really, the best kept secret in Israel!!! A must!

YANN, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Nice, but wouldn't stay again.

Staff at reception was great, and breakfast was amazing. But overall I felt like there weren't a ton of amenities for the price. Pool closes at 6 even though the sun was up till after 8:00, and although they made announcements in hebrew, I did not understand them and was abruptly told to get out. I realize it was probably a language barrier, but still. The pool allows smoking unfortunately, so trying to enjoy the beautiful grounds was hard while smelling cigarette smoke, listening to loud club music guests were playing on their personal speakers, and stepping over trash littered all over the pool are. Not what I expect from a hotel at this price point. There is also zero help with arranging transportation to nearby attractions if you don't have your own vehicle.
Jill, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

The grounds are beautiful. The staff are very nice. The rooms and bathrooms need renovations and upgrade.
Charles, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Decent breakfast. Clean but very dated property. Pictures were misleading and given the price we expected alot better. Beautiful scenery though. It was ok for one night.
