The pool was fantastic. So calm and relaxing. The rooms were spacious and bed very comfortable. Casa Tortugas is a great location to explore Cancun area including a boat to Isla Mujeres is directly across the road from the apartment. We used the recommended airport transfer and that was great also.

The place was fantastic everywhere you look. The design the architecture the artwork are all very tasteful. Such a pleasant atmosphere. Spotlessly clean and everything was just so correct. The pool is amazing. The water felt like rainwater enough to swim laps and so pleasant at night Right on the water with a breeze.

Let’s start with price there are way better places to stay for $150 a night then added on 30 dollars if paying with card even tho booked threw Expedia had to wait in the heat for 30 min for our room after waiting got to the room just to realize it was 90 degrees inside the room with only ac in the bedroom they forgot to take my payment when checking in so deactivated my room key for something they didn’t do on there end would not stay here again and don’t recommend

Really a great location, our room had a balcony with view of the lagoon, stunning every morning. The team is very responsive via WhatsApp Was overall very quiet got some alone time at the pool at night on weekdays The rooms are very big! Place is very affordable compared to resorts You’re also across the street from Tortugas beach and right next to an Oxxo grocery store. I will say not a lot of restaurants that you can walk to. We Ubered to nearby restaurants

The hotel is a true quiet oasis in the bustling Cancun area known more for its giant hotels and busy main avenue. The owners of this small boutique property are friendly and take time to speak with the guests. It is obvious that they take great pride in providing a wonderful stay. In addition, the staff are are friendly and efficient. The room was bright and comfortable, overlooking the lagoon. The bed was just right. We have been spoiled and wouldn't stay anywhere else in Cancun.

Love this place! It’s not on the beach but a has a beautiful pool and view of the lagoon. You can take the bus to a nearby beach or to isla mujeres — bus stop and ferry just across the street. There are a few restaurants within a 10 minute walk. I appreciated being away from the hustle and bustle of the hotel zone… this place is very sweet, serene, and family owned. I traveled solo as a woman and felt very safe. I hope to be back in the future!

We had a Perfect 3 night stay at this supernice familyowned hotel. They help you with everything you need at all time. Nice apartments and also close to Tortuga beach ( just across the street). Nice Big apartments and We had one with sunset and lagoonview.

It was wonderful stay overall, the most beautiful place in Cancun. They have a stunning garden with the best sunset views - the rooftop bar also had great cocktails. Location-wise perfect, only 20 mins walk to the beach zone and this hotel is much better deal than any of all-inclusive resorts 100%. Had one bedroom suite, it was super clean and just perfect - nothing to complain.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. I was having problems with my payment going through and they were very attentive in fixing the problem and made sure I did not have any doubts. The property is in a quiet area on the lagoon, and the rooms are very spacious. The rooftop and pool have the best views for sunsets. I will say this property is not walking distance from the hotel zone but it is very easy to get on a bus from this location and get to the hotel zone in less than 5 minutes. The owner and her family were all very welcoming and made this experience very personalized as opposed to big chain hotels.
