Location can't be beat, and it kind of works

We came in, used our code and just had our room available. Very simple, easy and convenient. The room was clean, well-stocked and comfortable. We did have an issue on the first day with the code not working for our door, but the app could open the door as well so we just used that. It was resolved the morning after. The only real complaint we had was that when using the shower the hot water only worked for the waterfall faucet, and not for the handheld one.

Great location, clean and convenient , large rooms. Very strange set up. No name on building, just walk in the door, up a couple of flights of stairs, press code to get into a section of floor and another code to get into room. Very safe but incredibly inconspicuous. Wasn’t sure about where I was going and no staff or personal contact with anyone.

You have access to McFit. Internet Speed is great to work remotely. You have enough space within the room. Breakfast is good but with 16 € better get it directly over Expedia which is a bit cheaper - or you can go to one of the Bakerys around. But its every day the same style - I didnt like that the crossaints are filled with jam but the rest was good.

Tolles Hotel in top Lage. Mein Zimmer mit Balkon lag zum Hinterhof raus und war total ruhig. Es gab eine Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln, Wasserkocher und diverse Sorten Teebeutel und dazu noch ein paar kleine Aufmerksamkeiten vom Hotel zur Begrüßung. Eine klare Weiterempfehlund von mir!

Very good, would stay again

Really enjoyed my stay. The pin process worked really well for me, made it very easy to come and go without worrying about keys/cards etc. The room was really spacious, the bed was very comfy, the shower was great. air con worked really well. Was a very good location, lots of shopping and restaurants around. U bahn was a 4 min walk away. Was very good value. Will definitely stay again if in Berlin.

C'était une expérience horrible sans réception J'ai payé pour un hôtel avec petit déjeuner mais je n'ai pas eu mon petit déjeuner Pour ca je voudrais avoir un remboursement pour la partie petit déjeuner Au checkin ils m'ont demandé d'utiliser une application qui ne fonctionne pas j'ai fu rester plus de deux heures dehors l'hôtel à un grand potentiel du fait que les chambres étaient spacieuses Une personne à accueillir le monde n'est pas cher payé surtout au prix d'une nuit que les clients paient

Lovely spacious room with every amenity i could want. Only things that let it down: the entrance was very basic and unwelcoming - felt like a building site. (I get that it would cost more to have a full reception and bar etc, but even a picture on the wall??). Also the floor in my room was badly scuffed and in need of replacement. Das ist eine Verwahranstalt, aber kein Hotel. Nie wieder.
