The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable, but there are not many hooks for hanging clothes in the room. The staff is polite. The breakfast is rich but I hope the daily dishes can be changed. The hot spring is open for a long time, which is very suitable for travelers who return at night. I look forward to staying here again next time.

The interior featured a clean and sophisticated design incorporating traditional Japanese elements, and the desk layout made the room easy to use and work in. Overall, the staff were generally helpful; however, I was concerned about the attitude of one Japanese woman at the front desk. As a Japanese person myself, I asked a question about the local area, and the staff member who assisted me (who was not Japanese) tried to look it up online to answer. If it were something I could find online, I wouldn’t have asked. The Japanese woman, despite being nearby and not attending to any other guests, remained completely indifferent and unresponsive. Her lack of courtesy was disappointing and felt like the only blemish on an otherwise pleasant hotel experience.

20 slow walk to hakata station. Close to another station but we didn’t use rail. Just walking distance to most popular areas. Hotel is beautiful. The room is big compared to other hotels we stayed in Hakata. The staffs are all so welcoming. Only the hot spa is too small and crowded all the time.

We enjoyed our 10 night anniversary stay there. The only thing we hoped for is if the public Bath times in the mornings could be extended to 10am instead of ending at 9am. We loved the thoughtful gestures for our anniversary and also the new year gift and explanations that were hung on our door. We highly recommend this place as a base for staying in Hakata.

I chose the hot spring because it had the advantage of being able to use it, but besides that, it was close to the Nakas River in terms of location, and the ramen restaurant nearby was very satisfying. I was very satisfied because I could relax and sleep well with the hot spring every evening. I would definitely like to revisit. It was just that my child wore it because the pajamas were very small, but my husband and I could not wear it.
